Segment for Visitors who Viewed 1 Page. Saurabh_Kumar1 - Adobe Analytics
Hello folks, I am trying to use this segment definition: Can you please help to confirm if this segment applied on Unique Visitors metric provides the number of unique visitors who visited only one page or click during the reporting period selection or particular day breakdown? Thanks!Saurabh.

Re: Previous Page Showing Current Page Value as 1st/2nd result Saurabh_Kumar1 - Adobe Analytics
Hello, The behavior seen could possibly be because of the reason listed below: Check in debugger (Omnibug or developer tools ) , the previous page variable is getting set / populated with correct value.Verify if you are firing multiple page view analytics tracking call on X page either as a result of some intended functionality or by error. For ex. firing two analytics tracking calls (erroneously) for a page load.Regards,Saurabh Kumar.

Report Builder file scheduling - Time Zone for Processing Excel Saurabh_Kumar1 - Adobe Analytics
Hello Everyone, We have used formula in excel to roll the end date for the monthly scheduled report. We are reporting Adobe metrics on month to date, year to date etc. However, we started running in to issues where the Excel time zone on Adobe's servers were sometimes on a different "today" than our report suite's timezone's "today." Two questions - 1) Do we know the specific time zone used for processing excel dates (using formula "=EOMONTH(TODAY(),-1)") by Adobe2) Any suggestion for the fix.Th...

Hello, I see the same behavior for device report as noted by you. This is out of box report in Adobe Analytics, I think we can't really modify the device information captured by Adobe.Regards,Saurabh Kumar.

Hello, Looks like, currently, you are firing event57 for following two direct rules only: 1) downloadSubmit2) submitWhenever your developer has called these above two direct call rules, it would have set event57.Kindly check with your developer on when these two rules are called within your web application code logic so as to help in fixing your reported issue. Also, you might want to tweak "Form Offsite Submit" click rule if you wish to fire event57 on Subscribe click of "Connect newsletter" for...

Re: Email Data Saurabh_Kumar1 - Adobe Analytics
To run reports inside Adobe Analytics, you (/ your team) would have most likely enabled the corresponding "email data" variables within Adobe admin console.I was not 100% clear about your query, so wanted to check whether you are not able to find reporting variables or if the email tracking data is missing within Adobe Analytics tool.Alexis, above, has provided you the solution regarding email tracking implementation. Regards,Saurabh Kumar.

Re: Why can I create Processing Rules when I'm not certified? Saurabh_Kumar1 - Adobe Analytics
Hello, Earlier, it was necessary to get certified in processing rules before you can access them.Recently, sometime this year, you don't need a prerequisite to pass their certication exam to gain access to processing rules you just need user permissions (admin, or user group with processes rules access) to be able to utilise them.Regards,Saurabh Kumar.

Re: total visits larger than sum of line items Saurabh_Kumar1 - Adobe Analytics
So, for prop2 visit report, you checked, did Total at bottom was different than the value 1,949 shown in your prop3 visits screenshot for that same date range? In your prop2 report, it might be the case you are setting it with some value on each Web page Load in contrast to prop3 where it may have been set for specific pages / action say registration pages only. Just trying to put together my thoughts so as to resolve this question.Let me know your thoughts.Thanks,Saurabh.

Re: total visits larger than sum of line items Saurabh_Kumar1 - Adobe Analytics
Correct, the Total in prop report for Visits metric represent total number of visits to the site. You may test this against any prop report and you'll get the same Total Visits count.Saurabh.

Re: total visits larger than sum of line items Saurabh_Kumar1 - Adobe Analytics
Regarding total visits displayed in report, it represents the total no. of visits to your site for the selected time range. It is higher than sum of line items as there may be visits to your site where the user did not perform an action so as to set prop variable you are referring to in your query. Hence, that visit is not credited to any line item.Hope this helps.Regards,Saurabh Kumar.

Re: How to get an total average of time spent or bounce rate in a key metrics report Saurabh_Kumar1 - Adobe Analytics
Hello, A workaround to get total on Average time spent & bounce rate is to run a report for the entire reporting duration range without any breakdown & get only one line item in report for time spent and bounce rate metrics.Regards,Saurabh Kumar.

Re: In workspace is possible to create a report with all the data in 1 file? Saurabh_Kumar1 - Adobe Analytics
Hi Jose - Workspace is not recommended for bulk data export (max limit - 200 rows in table). It is a visualization workspace creating dashboard-like analysis projects. So, you will need to use either reports section or the data warehouse tool within Adobe Analytics.Regards,Saurabh Kumar.

Hello Manish, One solution is to use getTimeParting plugin & you can get the time in your desired TimeZone captured in an eVar.var tpA = s.getTimeParting('n','-7');s.eVarX = tpA.split('|')[0]; // time at minute levelReference documentation - getTimeParting Date / Date range you can always choose for the report whenever you run them in Adobe Analytics.Regards,Saurabh Kumar.
