Found the issue. A fallbackLibrary.jsp was created with the following code: <%    slingRequest.setAttribute(GuideConstants.PAGE_FALLBACK_CLIENTLIB_CATEGORY, GuideConstants.THEME_DEFAULT_CLIENTLIB);%>That was bringing in the extra theme data.
