You'll need to use the Enrichment activity and connect two queries. One from the profile resource, the other from the delivery resource.

Hi Julie, It's certainly possible to build a preference center which allows individuals to directly edit their personal information, and any subscriptions. Below is an example of the preference center I built within ACS. Happy to share more details or discuss if you think it would be useful. 

Delivery and tracking logs are only stored for 6 months by default. If you want to extend the length these are retained, you'd need to speak to your CSM & TechOps to try and get this extended.

This would need to be done using the Enrichment activity. You can configure it to accept data from two sources, and choose which is the primary source. You then enrich that data with data from the alternative source.

Yes it should be possible. We use the same functionality for our country field on a profile acquisition landing page.When a user chooses to unsubscribe, what is the next step? Does it link to the 'next page' or to an alternative unsubscription landing page?

Are you testing this with a test profile or a live profile?If the former, have you also added this extension to the test profile schema?

On the custom field that you have created, can you confirm if the default value is set to 'No default value'?
