“Expires” (in Advanced Tab) field waits for deactivation until the time specified in the field is reached. It works is by executing an OOTB workflow called “schedule_activation“.This is different from the way Page On/Off time-based scheduling works, which activates the page immediately but makes the page accessible at the Publisher only between the On/Off time that are specified in the "On/Off time” (under Basic Tab) fields.Hence, these two have their own importance and use case.

Sorry for not being able to answer the question properly. I thought that your use case can be implemented by customizing asset pop up window as described in the links above to have desired fields.

Hi ramya.reddyI am unable to reproduce this issue on 6.1 CFP12 which is the latest release for 6.1. I created few users and assigned them to dam-users group. I tried to search using a '*' under full text search and observed that all users got same search results. Please let us know if we missed something.

Hi nalex2631,You can find a similar query here - Customize Asset Pop-up window (the one that shows right after uploading a new asset) This is an article on customizing assets page https://forums.adobe.com/external-link.jspa?url=http%3A%2F%2Fblogs.adobe.com%2Fexperiencedelivers%2Fexperience-managemen… and might be helpful. The pre-requisite for it would be enabling the Assets Home page experience - https://forums.adobe.com/external-link.jspa?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.adobe.com%2Fdocs%2Fen%2Faem%2F6-...

I do not think there is a way add a path field to generate the asset report in particular content path. Neither in 6.2 and nor in higher AEM versions. In 6.2, asset reports are stored at /libs/dam/content/reports.

Hi pietrog32181931,From 6.2 SP1 onward, sub-asset generation has been disabled by default. See CQ-95505 at 6.2 Service Pack 1 Release Notes .To generate sub-assets, one needs to specify Max. Number of Pages under the com.day.cq.dam.handler.standard.pdf.PdfHandler.name bundle configuration which is by default set to 0.Could you please check that the value is not set to 0 if you want to generate sub-assets ?Also, once you change the default value, only the assets uploaded after it will have sub-a...
