When I copy the URL and paste it into an incognito browser session I'm able to view the proof without having to login.

I'm not sure I totally agree with this, it is possible to create proof approval reports and in that you can see that approver IDs is one of the objects

We do this but also clicking the Summary button allows us to view the numerical values instead of log entries if we don't have a particular report grouped in that way

We had a report intended to track hours using that field at the bottom and I quickly did the math and realized it was counting the entries and not the time   We brought this up with our Workfront rep on a monthly cadence call and they were unaware, until then, that it was being calculated this way

We use Okta internally and Workfront is configured to work within that environment

For us, PHQ was a standalone product that lead us to buying Workfront.  I was not aware that it was still available separately, my understanding was that it was rolled up into Workfront.  I would imagine that the Adobe sales reps heavily steer people to Workfront in addition to PHQ.
