We have sync which runs every day from AD to livecycle, we found that few users details which was updated in AD is not sync to Livecycle.In log we found below error message:Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'LiveCycle Admin.EDCPRINCIPAL USER ENTITY' with unique index 'UIDINDEX'. The duplicate key value isKindly help me on this, we hve 50+ users who are having access issue as their account are not in livecycle after account change in AD

The users who got new Lenovo machine are getting issue while accessing encrypted pdf file. The error message is "The account information you entered is incorrect. Please try again"When the same user access the old HP machine then this issue is gone. Please help us to know how to fix this one.How a new machine is not accepting the credentials of user while accessing to adobe livecycle file

Dear All,We have Adobe live cycle Right Management ES3 10.0.2.We got a new request from business to set up a watermark template should show "Full Name, Shortname, date(without time stamp) with 10% opacy and cover only 75%

Contact an administrator of this problem continues"Please let us know how to resolve the issue. Also we need to know what are the log file locations which should be refereed to get the detail error messages.
