New watermark template in AdobeLiveCycle

Dear All,

We have Adobe live cycle Right Management ES3 10.0.2.

We got a new request from business to set up a watermark template should show "Full Name, Shortname, date(without time stamp) with 10% opacy and cover only 75%

Any customization is also okay to us, but that should not change the format of existing other watermarks

I am still waiting for expert advice. Please assist us on this Adobe watermark requirement
