An AcroForm is a form created with Adobe Acrobat instead of LiveCycle Designer. It is compatible with Adobe Reader on iOS and Android. But an AcroForm is not dynamic. It's just a static PDF with form fields and scriptings.

There was one Service Pack (SP1) with some enhancments before Designer was pushed into AEM Forms.LiveCycle Help | What's New in LiveCycle ES4 Service Pack 1

LiveCycle Designer was renamed into AEM Forms Designer. The current version is 6.3. You can get a trial here: LiveCycle Blog: AEM Forms Designer Demoversion//AEM Forms Designer Trial If you have a LiveCycle ES4 license you can also use it with AEM Forms Designer.

Sorry, but Designer 8.x (aka. ES) has already been released in 2006. At hits time it was bundled to Adobe Acrobat 8. So if you have this software available you can install Designer from a custom setup. But if you don't have Windows XP you might have problems installing or running it, I'm afraid.

You'll have to structure the form with flowed and postioned subforms, so the layout flows but still has the alignment of the fields the way you need it.For Example:form   masterpages    masterpage1    masterpage2    …  page1 (flowed top to bottom)      subform1 (positioned)        ...

Did you allow page breaks for all the parents of "Line_Item" too (which are "itemtablesubform", "Row1", "Itemtable", "ITEM" and "Body_Page")?
