Hi Greeshma, May be check if you are getting data retrieval for the current dates.. If yes then i believe the heat map is not holding the data for dates beyond certain reach.

Hi Greeshma, May be I am not too sure of this cache file that you are referring here, but ideally all the temporary files will be stored in /tmp/ folder as i am aware of. Hi Greeshma, may be you are referring to instance local cache clearing from the File in the tool bar, if not are you referring to the clearing the temporary or the orphan files or data from the server?

Hi Saikat,  We faced this issue for one of our projects - if we have stage tables getting created and the tables are not purging the way we are seeing and getting pilled up will timeout in the database updates.  So, it is good to check from the backend (database) if you have the same number of table...
