I'd like to graph the total page views for a section of my site. When I
use the filter on Page, I get the stats for each page by month and if I
graph it, it's a graph for each page. Above the filter is a sum of total
page views for my entire site, but no total for just the filtered pages.
How do I get an aggregate number for just my filtered pages? I suppose I
could do it by creating a segment, but that feels like I'm cluttering up
my segments for a very temporary purpose (and I can only create ...
We want to track activity from internal users. We want to do it based on
IPs. We have a long list that we use to block activity from our main
prod report suite. Is this something we can do directly in the app
I have an MVT test I'd like to run. I'll be targeting a specific
industry vertical, and in addition to rearranging the page (removing
certain divs), I'd like to change a lot of copy, finding out what works
best through a full factorial test. Is this possible? I don't seem to be
able to target containers for removal.
We're trying to test a new navigation. In order to do this, we serve
both navs and then using Target, we add a script to the test variant
that hides the old nav and shows the new one. It's three lines of JS.
However, we've experienced both a flicker and it will go back and forth
from test to control for the same visitor. Adobe told me to just do it
through Visual Editor, but that would frankly be a lot of work. Anyone
have any good workarounds?
I had a page view as a conversion metric. Originally, I put in http://.
I noticed no conversions even though I could see that there should have
been some. The page is normally https:// and I've since updated the URL
in Target for the page view metric, but I'm now wondering if this is a
bug or if not having the secure protocol affects the count.
I'm doing a test of different button styles. A new class has not been
created in our style sheets because updating CSS for our entire site is
a big lift to do without first testing it (which is why I'm setting up
an A/B test). When it comes to CSS, it only shows me the option of
updating the class. How would I go about changing the rest, hover, and
clicked state CSS of this button?
This isn't actually a great solution as there's real physical distance
between the two. There's a compare option within Reports that should be
available on on reports, not just custom traffic and conversion reports
or when added to dashboards.
