MVT Offers and Visual Editor Changes

I have an MVT test I'd like to run. I'll be targeting a specific industry vertical, and in addition to rearranging the page (removing certain divs), I'd like to change a lot of copy, finding out what works best through a full factorial test. Is this possible? I don't seem to be able to target containers for removal.
