I agree. I'm pretty sure there's more use to setting up a field with unique sequential numbers. It's disappointing to see Workfront's reply to this. We're not asking them to remove the current use of their reference number as I'm sure some users are already using it because they had no other recours...

@Anna Asaytryan - 4 years ago, your user base may have been different from what it is now. There must be a way for us to have an autonumber field - maybe by calculated fields of some sort, not necessarily permanently attached to the object like the current reference number.

It would be great if WFDAM can let us have clickable links within the metadata fields so that users can just click a link to go to the url. Use case would be that the specific image can be linked back to the WF project it's associated with.

I also suggest this for systems administration changes. Portfolios get deleted and objects get renamed - nobody knows who did it when multiple systems administrators are around.

I hope more people would vote for this one. Very recently, a group was renamed in our instance. Nobody could tell who did it. A portfolio was deleted - also cannot pinpoint who did what.
