  • You would have to make it: When CheckBox 3 is checked, CheckBox 4 is Unchecked. When CheckBox 4 is checked, CheckBox 3 is unchecked. I think that would work. > Date: Fri, 1 Jul 2011 10:22:08 -0600From: forums@adobe.comTo: jeanetteeichhorn@hotmail.comSubject: Check box - When yes is checked no will ...

  • I use the Actions Builder menu under tools to create an action where is one checkbox is checked, the other is unchecked and vice versa. I think the action builder is new to this version of LiveCycle and that's why I asked you which version you had. Everyone seems to really like writing script to pro...

  • I can't answer that.  Maybe someone more familiar with Acrobat can tell you that. I just don't use Acrobat to tag any forms made with LiveCycle. LiveCycle generates it's own tags, from what I understand. Sorry I can't help more. Good luck tho. I'll be watching to see if anyone has this answer.

  • No, it's not because it's the demo version. I tried bringing my forms into Acrobat to tag them in the beginning because I was told by my Webmaster that the tags had to be there for the document to be accessible and it turned out just like you describe. It was impossible to tag my forms in Acrobat. S...

  • On a flowable form, you don't have a page2 exactly. You keep putting everything on page1 and it automatically flows to the next page and the next page. Getting rid of an extra page requires looking in the hierarchy and delete everything on that page including the subform which you have to delete las...

  • Yes, that's a problem. I go back after all the text has moved and group things into "positioned" subforms so that I can make the layout as required. So if I know that I'm going to need the form to flow from page to page, I create a template page with a flowed Page1 subform and then I drag in all the...

  • You have to make the Page1 subform Flowed and select either top to bottom or Western Text as your layout requires.

  • oh, that is just wonderful. We receive no training on LiveCycle other than this forum but I have learned so much here. Thank you very much for those directions. I tried it and it works perfectly. Our forms will look so much more professional now.I can't wait to discover something else I didn't know ...

  • Sorry but I'm eavesdropping. How do you make those floating fields in the text and bind them to the input field?  I know about global binding and I do use that but I've never made a floating field. And we have alot of forms authors that like to write paragraphs like that:You (blank) dated (blank) ha...
