Re: Validation / Reset Functions, easy to manipulate and to change Forms!!!! sivamaddy - Adobe LiveCycle
Sorry for confusing.I have a pdf file with submit button. While clicking this buttion, it gives a popup and the user has to save the file in the relevant folder. Instead of this, can we write a code or using js, do we save the pdf into the predefined folder automatically with the name of login username along with date and timestamp.Hope i have explained and not confused. If you have some sample documents, pls share.

I can understand that the 'reader extend' and 'non-reader'.However I have noticed somewhere using js we can do that 'Save AS' without manual intervention. Also I have heard something abt certified document, this will help us.But I not sure, how do we go with js and other options. Can anyone tried these. if so please share a lighter note.@mattiaswallin

Guys,It gives the popup. We have to manually mention the filename and select the path where we need to save.Instead of this, will it automatically save the file into the folder. Where can i mention the filename and path in the code.
