Great , unfortunately the URL is not available to authors ootb. You'll have to build some custom logic to generate this URL for auhors to copy as per URL structure. Hope this helps .

Do you need layers to be extracted? Otherwise, you could turn off the layer extraction from DM general settings temprarily and check if workflow succeeds. If yes , it might be a bug and RAISE A SUPPORT TICKET.

There is no size limit but if the number is more , you may see the move operation is unsuccessful msg but when you will validate the assets or folder may be there but this is not a consistent way of moving a large no of assets.
