Hi @Ashwin_Raju , this is expected as per product code. only lastmodified time is set.  You can add a postprocessing workflow on a certain condition like mimetype / metadata edit  , path etc and call your workflow that sets this additional property.

If  the metadata is added to actual asset binary e.g. XMP outside of AEM, it will get extracted in AEM Author when uploaded to BP using asset sourcing func. Great , unfortunately the URL is not available to authors ootb. You'll have to build some custom logic to generate this URL for auhors to copy as per URL structure. Hope this helps .

Do you need layers to be extracted? Otherwise, you could turn off the layer extraction from DM general settings temprarily and check if workflow succeeds. If yes , it might be a bug and RAISE A SUPPORT TICKET.
