I think that the only solution is that i make a button in excel to my pdf and then my collegues will know that the pdf is openend.It is a pitty that there is no other solution....

Sorry, that is not possible. Its one form thathas to be filled in by several computers. But they al share the same information. So i can't work with different copy's.Any other solutions?
