Those operations are done on the Master Page(s) in Designer.

Try setting the height of the subform to a small size, like 0.1in, then check the "Expand to fit" box.

Try adding an Image Field to your master page(s). You can either point the image field to a URL or embed it in the template. I do this to add a watermark.

It looks like you need to create a table, then retrieve the multiple rows of data.

Check the log tab in the Report window at the bottom of Designer. It will tell you if you have any syntax errors in your script.
