This form I am working on has 4 total pages.  The first page asks for the first, middle and last name.  Each additional page asks for the same information at the top of each page.  So when I enter in first, middle and last name on the first page - how do I make the text boxes on the following 3 page...

In a text field, if the text that is entered into the field is longer than the space allows, can I make it so that the text shrinks so that it all fits in the box?

I am creating a form with a client's name in it - and the name repeats on the top of each page.  How do I make a text field repeat multiple times? Thank you!
