  • I'm setting up a launch property, and haven't created any data elements for Browser technologies (type, java/javascript versions, browser window size). • Our company is launching an html5 based app that we'd like to track in our Adobe account. Can I use our existing H.25.2 code, and just code in a specific report suite id? How would you recommend I proceed, with minimal upheaval to our existing multi-site, multi-suite setup? Thanks

  • My pages report for this site:http://www.businesscomputeforum.com/is only showing "other" , instead of the urls that are actually being called up.In the debugger it looks like the 'Current URL' field is being correctly recognized. What could cause that to not be recorded in analytics?thanks

  • Hi Brian,Thanks for the reply. Most of our variables are set on the page level with H.26.2 code and some custom javascript, but I"m afraid I don't have all the implementation details.Let me ask a more general question - what's an instance? I don't think we track that at all.

  • Hi Brian,Thanks for the information. The odd thing on my side is that I can't see where server is set on http://www.crn.com (my 'working' site) other than in the url, which is working properly on both crn and  http://www.itbestofbreed.com/ (my 'non-working' site). The debugger appears to give me sim...

  • Thanks for the links. There must be something off with my report suite or internal filters. The site did change urls a while back, but the new url and the old url were both included in the internal filters. I may need to just rebuild the report suite from scratch.
