Best to contact customer care on this - so the correct ID can be linked to the Analytics user. The Federated ID may be used by some other Adobe Products (CC, Acrobat, etc) or trusted orgs using the SSO integration - Customer Care can look into that as well.

Experience Cloud users in the Admin Console (Adobe ID or Federated ID) are linked to legacy Analytics users via email address. If the email address in Admin Console matches the email address listed under the Analytics user login, then the system should link the Analytics user so the user can login to Analytics through the Experience Cloud with their Adobe ID or Federated ID. Hi Jeff,Deleting an account will remove all dashboards, calculated metrics, calendar events, alerts, bookmarks, segments, Analysis Workspace projects, and scheduled projects that are attached to that user. Hi Jeff,When your company migrates Analytics users/groups to the Admin Console through the Analytics Migration process, the groups you created in Analytics will be copied over to the Admin Console as "Product Profiles". When legacy users are migrated over, they will be attached to the new product profiles that were created with the same permissions as the legacy Analytics permission groups. Hi Sarah,Thanks for the suggestion. I have good news - the ability to copy permissions and create a new Product Profile with those permissions is available in a new version of Admin Console. We are currently in the process of rolling this out to all of our customer organizations, so you should see it soon.
