Best to contact customer care on this - so the correct ID can be linked to the Analytics user. The Federated ID may be used by some other Adobe Products (CC, Acrobat, etc) or trusted orgs using the SSO integration - Customer Care can look into that as well.

Experience Cloud users in the Admin Console (Adobe ID or Federated ID) are linked to legacy Analytics users via email address. If the email address in Admin Console matches the email address listed under the Analytics user login, then the system should link the Analytics user so the user can login to Analytics through the Experience Cloud with their Adobe ID or Federated ID. When you remove a user from all Analytics permissions in Admin Console – our system should un-link the Adobe/Federated ID ...

Hi Jeff - A few quick options that will help:The messages come from Adobe - Hopefully your corporate spam filter can be tuned to allow that through. Also, in terms of how/when emails are sent:The “Welcome to Adobe Analytics” emails are driven from Admin Console. The Welcome emails are generated via a few scenarios:If migrating or adding a user results in a brand new Adobe ID getting created – the user will always receive an initial email (This will put them into a workflow to finish their accoun...

Hi Jeff,Deleting an account will remove all dashboards, calculated metrics, calendar events, alerts, bookmarks, segments, Analysis Workspace projects, and scheduled projects that are attached to that user. If you want to keep all of the user account items/assets, you can use the migration tool to transfer these account items to another user.If you choose to disable a legacy login for a user account, the account will still persist, as will everything attached (the list above) . The account will n...

Hi Jeff,When your company migrates Analytics users/groups to the Admin Console through the Analytics Migration process, the groups you created in Analytics will be copied over to the Admin Console as "Product Profiles". When legacy users are migrated over, they will be attached to the new product profiles that were created with the same permissions as the legacy Analytics permission groups. Here is more info on the migration: Marketing Cloud Help

Hi Sarah,Thanks for the suggestion. I have good news - the ability to copy permissions and create a new Product Profile with those permissions is available in a new version of Admin Console. We are currently in the process of rolling this out to all of our customer organizations, so you should see it soon. Here is a what the feature looks like in the Analytics product in the new version of Admin Console: Thanks,Ryan Monger
