I tried to uninstall microsoft office in my machine and re run the workbench it worked...it seems there is conflict between process view of workbench and microsoft office

it means that your flex form is not available to the processrecheck if the process input variable is of form type and the url is pointing the flex form

open your acrobat or any pdf file on hard drive go to edit->preferencesin the side bar click internet and make sure  all the check boxes ( display pdf in browser is enabled) are checked.try if it works

I have an issue where a user can have multiple taks(say he can get 10 taks in his worskspac-ToDO) in a process. I dont want  to notify  so many tasks in his todo list. is there anyway that I can subtask or group them under one task.it would be grateful if you can share your ideas.
