Hi...I'm attempting to add a sub form between 2 sub forms and make it flow. I can add in my content, but I can't get it to push the content below it as it grows. I have it in a positioned subform and then wrapped in a flowed subform. I attached my example so you can see what I'm talking about.Specifically in the attached it's the text boxes that start with #1, #2, #3, etc....that grow but don't push down the content below them. Thanks for the help!

When I wrap that text box in a flowed subform, and it expands, it goes over top of the stuff below it?

Hi...I have a form that I'm trying to edit. There are a bunch of positioned subforms inside of flowed subforms. I need to change the positioned subforms to flowed to allow the text boxes to grow, but when I do that, all the content in the subform gets messed up and moved all over the place. Is there an easier way to do this without re-creating the form? Thanks!

I went back into the form to see what objects the errors were on and it was just a text field where I have text between 2 text input boxes that grow as filled up. So is it possible those 2 options don't really effect that text field where I have description text and I can just uncheck those 2 options? It appears to not make a difference...?

It seemed to be tied to a text field above a growing input box. I unchecked those options for both of them....still seems to function? Is that weird?

I'm working on a form that needs to be published for Acrobat 8/Reader 8. The 2 errors that I'm getting throughout my form are:Target version does not support the Keep with Next option for the current file typeandTarget version does not support the Allow Page Breaks Within Content option for the current file type.Is there anyway around this?

Ok, great! So I see now how you can go to file>form properties and change the output version. I changed it to 8, which is what my client has, and the warnings I get say "Target version does not support the Keep with Next options for the current file type" and "Target version does not support the Allow Page Breaks Within Content Option for the current file type". So..........is there are way around this or....is my client just out of luck since they are not willing to upgrade. Thanks!!!

I have Adobe Standard 9, so I'm not the problem. The client doesn't want to upgrade. So the question is, what do I do now? Lol They want this interactive .pdf form with the functionality that I have in it, but it doesn't work with their version? Is there somehow I can make it work with their verison, or a different type of program that would make a pdf with that functionality? Do you think it's the adding and deleting table rows?

I have a table with plus signs where you can add and delete table rows, that would be the most complicated part. Other parts are just filling in text boxes that expand across pages, and calculations, multiplication, division, etc...Is one of those the problem?

When I change it to acrobat standard 8, it says "this form may behave differently in the selected target version"Then"the object contains a feature not supported by the target version""view details in the report palette"Where is the report palette? So this means it will never work in acrobat standard 8...?

See, the problem with that is I don't get those errors on my computer because I am running Adobe Acrobat 9 pro. Those errors are coming from a computer with 8 installed which is the version my client is running. What can I do to get this pdf work for my client without errors with version 8 that they have?

Would reader allow them to save the pdf forms that they are currently able to fill out ? My question now is there a way to make a form in Livecycle that is able to work with Acrobat Standard 8 and can be filled out and saved from there?
