Up until now, it had been working 100%. Three days ago, when I created audiences and tried to preview the segment or the estimate, I got the following message: "Cannot get estimate data." Does anyone know why this happens, or why it could happen?
Is there a way to create an audience excluding contacts who entered a journey? For some context, I want to send a manual campaign to my customers but I don´t want to send it to customer´s who received any automatic email today
