Can I delete documents from a request queue and not lose them in their respective issues/requests. Or a related question: Do the documents I see listed in a request queue take up additional space on the server over and above the same documents residing in their respective issues/requests? Thank you!
Many of our custom forms use the same fields. When you attempt to delete a custom form, you get warning message that says, "Deleting this form causes all custom data on the objects associated with the form to also be deleted. The deleted data cannot be recovered." I'm unsure of the scope of "all cus...
Thanks so much, Sven. That's a helpful response. Currently our portfolios and programs are structured differently from what you suggested (not according to team/group, but per anticipated and recurring marketing initiatives). And almost none of our templates have a pre-set program, since any templat...
We’re trying to solve a problem where managers can see their direct subordinates’ projects (at least with view access). We want to automate visibility in Workfront so that managers can automatically see their subordinates’ projects. Is there a way to set that up in Workfront automatically without ha...
Hi. I know that deleting a custom form also deletes all custom data on the objects associated with the form. But does that mean it deletes ALL data that a particular field holds across ANY custom forms where that field may live? For example, if a have "Custom Form A" that uses a field that records w...
Is there some place in the 'Proofing HQ' settings that allow you to have the "Allow subscribing to proof via public URL or embed code" box automatically checked? I couldn't find this setting anywhere. Thank you!
Thanks so much, Skye. I removed all my filters and tested it, and still got the same error, so this clearly has something to do with the data within that custom form. However, After I converted the custom form to radio buttons (rather than checkboxes), I was able to add a grouping based on that cust...
Interesting question. Yes, it is. So, based on your question, I went back and converted it to radio buttons rather than a checkbox. And that did allow me to sort by that column. *However* when I tried to save and run the report it would not populate, and I got the same error message: "Invalid Param...
Thanks Kellie,The field type is checkbox (text)Yes, it is a Project report, and yes, the field lives on the project level. I tried forcing the sort via text mode using your code. The report would then not run. I got an error box at the bottom that said "Invalid Parameter: Search Parameter value "nul...
This one particular column in a report I'm building won't let me sort by it, and it's the one column I NEED to sort by. We have several Project Managers on our team who collectively manage all projects in our dept. These PMs are assigned to a project via a checkbox-formatted custom form. I was asked...
