I have checked the sharing. It is not limited. I put the numbers in the field on the report and then all the other data appears. But if I refresh or leave the report, it all is blank again.

Has anyone seen where a template task has an assignment and planned hours and the planned labor cost is at a $0 even if the assignee has a job role with a cost per hour? It is also not consistent some tasks with the same assignee do have a cost.
