Support was able to help me resolve. If you go to Setup and Groups and into each group, under status, you can delete. I needed to delete on every group.

I deleted a status for our issues last week. There are/were no issues using this status but the deleted status still shows up as an option on all issues. Any idea why this is happening?

Agree. Use case.... I would like to add a checkbox for monitoring. The risk may be identified and never occur but not necessarily avoided. I'd also like to add a contributor's name since I typically am the person entering all risks. Date the risk occurred if it occurs. Just a few ideas. 

This is unbelievable news. I've inherited WF from a previous PMO team and this is absolutely a deal-breaker for me. There is no point in even having a Sandbox if you can't push to Production after testing.

Okay, lay it on me. What do I need to be aware of before I deactivate a WF system admin. The sys admin who needs to be deactivated was the original sys admin to stand the system up... so built a lot on the system. Will we lose reports, automations, filters, anything? What do I need to be aware of?

@ChloeWY Yes!! Me, too. I just wish I could also inactivate a stakeholder for multiple reasons and still see that they were historically part of the project, rather than just removing.

I also have issue with People remaining on the People tab even if they are removed from the project tasks... PLUS, staying there when they are deactivated from WF. There's not an easy way to report on that tab but I've found a work-around using text code so that I can report on People from Power BI,...
