That shouldn't be the case as I have tested adding a user without any metrics at all and it works. However, you can try enabling atleast one success metric for the RSID that you want tracking code report to be enabled for.Another possibility is that if this variable in renamed to something else in t...
If this is an intermittent issue that affects similar values and these values always show correctly in other tools then I'd consider it more of MS Excel issue than AA data feeds. If other tools (like text editors) are showing the correct format then I'll probably not worry much about how excel displ...
Hi @icontre1 ,One reason could be that the RSID that users are trying to use for tracking code report is not part of the product profile(s) through which you are granting tracking code permissions.Cheers!
@RajatAr2 can you please share the metric definition that you have created? Also, are you using it on a trended or ranked report, can you share the report screen shot as well if that is fine? You can also DM me and we can connect to discuss it if that works.Cheers!
Hi @ClaudioMa2 ,Can you confirm which tool you are using the view the data feed content? These kind of issues are normally seen when you try to open a file with multi byte characters in MS Excel.Do you face the same issue when you open the feed file in a text editor like notepad or notepad++?Cheers!
Honestly I don't think we need to compute for overall % change. Think about it, when calculating the overall % change what value will the metric logic compare against the total UVs to.I believe the this metric definition is good enough,Cheers!
Hey @bjoern__koth , trying to solve for that but it doesn't seem that straight forward as the metric logic is looking for previous value which is not available in the column total and that is where I believe it fails.I'll post here if I'm able to work it out.Cheers!
Hi @RajatAr2 ,You can create a decimal type calculated metric with below definition,Works on row level where it calculates the % change based on previous row UVs.Here's this metric with daily trend,Here it is with monthly trend,Cheers!
