Thank you! After looking into this, I was hoping there would be an option to sort by task planned hour. I can sort by project planned hour, but not task. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

Is there a way to change the order of projects under a user in Workload Balancer? I tried looking at documentation and could not find how the order was established. It is not alphabetical or by largest hours per project.

Was Support able to give any support on this? I would love to have thumbnails on a report for either proofs or documents!
