How to install Adobe root CA certificate on servers?   Is there any relation between Adobe reader credentials and Adobe root CA certificate, If yes how are they connected?

Option is greyed out for us to raise a ticket. We,ve logged in with our personal account. But we are looking for it as our organization has bought the certificates for application usage.How can we raise a ticket with this. Please help.

Contact support has expired for the product we mentioned. Please help in either either renewing/migrating to the latest versions.
