Option is greyed out for us to raise a ticket.
We,ve logged in with our personal account. But we are looking for it as our organization has bought the certificates for application usage.
How can we raise a ticket with this.

If you're trying to raise the ticket to get the latest RE certificate, then for a quicker turnaround, you can DM the organization name and LWS deploy-to-id for your organization.
We can get the details cross-checked internally and share the certificate with you.
