Thanks for the info. How does this auto upgrade work with group license limits?

Sorry to break into the conversation. Our account rep said that Contributor accounts are automatically upgraded if they make more than 5 approvals. How does this work? Is this a permanent upgrade or can we downgrade the user if they only make 4 approvals the next month? Also, is there a report / not...
