We are in the same boat concerning auto-provision and an impeding migration. We've been told that the Zero Touch Admin feature of ESM is the equivalent of auto-provisioning.

Is anyone aware of row level security for the Workfront Data Connect? Is there a way to query data based on what a specific user or group has permission to access?

Sorry to break into the conversation. Our account rep said that Contributor accounts are automatically upgraded if they make more than 5 approvals. How does this work? Is this a permanent upgrade or can we downgrade the user if they only make 4 approvals the next month? Also, is there a report / not...
