Is there a way to see if a process ran that updated the sms do not contact flag from unchecked to checked? We currently have a deactivation file we receive that runs against that field, but in the same process also adds an X to the prefix of the phone number. So I know it's not that process and it h...

@vvishnu033 do you recall what you did to resolve this issue? We started experiencing the same error with existing workflows last week and have yet to get a resolution from Adobe support.

I know you can identify if any part of the profile changed based on the last modified date, but is there a way to identify if certain elements of a profile changed day to day?
