We have recently transitioned our SMS program out of ACS and believe we have all workflows turned off. However, in the subscription extract we are pulling down daily, I'm finding subscribe and unsubscribe records still populating. Looking for some guidiance on how else to find possible workflows that we missed or if there is something behind the scenes we need to turn off.

I would check for active workflows inside the tool and verify event triggers and services subscriptions inside the part of services. Additionally it is necessary to dissable SMS- related external accounts inside the Administration part of the tool.
After doing this if the problem persists contact Adobe support.
