looking forward to a more informed response as i have just started playing with layout templates after the last great webinar on the subject.  i would suggest that it will overwrite what they were currently seeing, but retains the objects pinned by that individual (unless specifically edited).

That sounds interesting. i am not familiar with a kanban board in workfront, but sounds like great way to manage ad-hoc to-dos.   i have never used the personal tasks and dont think anyone in our org does either.

This could simply be a case of restricted sharing rights.
