Thanks for the help.The problem seemed to be due to our tag predicates. refined the query to be stricter. Seems to have done the trick. After a bit of QueryBuilder Debuggin found the drama and corrected it. Thanks again.

Ahh found it. There was a set of OLD documents in that folder missing metadata.. this was breaking the authors view. Have updated the metadata on the old docs and the whole list is back to normal. Thanks for the help Shubham.

I have tried comparing the node with one in the same main node that is working, they appear the same as far as I can tell.I can add assets to the main node in this tree and it works fine but several of the nodes within it have this issue

Ahh, the solution for us was we had to remove their old unfederated account and add in the federated account. (adobe)

Thanks for the suggestion Asutosh,I have actually had them try 3 different browsers, as well as all 3 versions of incognito/inprivate. Also tried signing in with their credentials on my device. No Luck 
