Hi @Richard_Le_    I appreciate your response. Yes, I did, but my source image banner is not showing on emails. Where do you suggest to house and call those source image?   This big white portion should be my banner but I'm not getting anything

Good Day WF Community!   I'm working on a report that will count the total number of hours spent on a task. Do we have option in Calendar that we can sort the cards based on the user assignment? even they have different cards.  

We have other groups that are doing this, but for this group that I will be trying to setup, they requested that their request not be converted to a task and always remain as a request.

Do we have settings or an option in Workfront that a request in the request queue will be closed once it reaches a specified number of days?
