You can add a column and/or filter by Owner Name in a Note report, if that's what you're looking for. In a Note report the Owner is the person who entered the note.

1. Check the starting time of the project and make sure it starts at the beginning of your work day. That can sometimes throw off your days. (I wish this was a project setting, to allow the user to set a default starting time when a project is created.)

It definitely should be on both, if you are picking the correct field that corresponds with the correct object type (i.e. an issue field for an issue report and a project field for a project report) and the form/project is shared correctly.
Anthony, is this still the best course of action when multiple assignments are made? And if so, am I correct to assume this would work for Issues as well? I'm running into an issue with multiple people assigned to a request and it's only pulling the first person assigned. Thank you,
