My Dashboard shows a summary of the oldest request received. The way we have our assigned to field set up is using a custom form with a "Home Group Name". When using this field as a grouping to display the oldest date, the name is very messy and does not look professional. Is there any way to update...

Thank you Richard. That is actually how my report is set up, but I was hoping for a summary view since I am using the report on a dashboard with other reports and the detail view is too large for the Dashboard. 

I am trying to identify the oldest open request in our queue, but I do not want to see the count. I only want the report to display the Oldest Open Request. Is this possible? The only filters I am  using is Actual Completion Date null and Group ID for the group I am reporting on.

We discovered a possible issue with duplicate user profiles being added. This particular user was listed in the "Aaa - New User" home group, but then had another profile with all details and their correct department name listed as their home group and their report to info was all filled in correctly...

I meant to say that I added the Manager Name custom field and it works great! Thanks again!

Thank you Rich! This will definitely work for a column in the report. Can I also group by this column? My current report is grouped using a matrix grouping so I need this to be one of the groups.

I need to build a report showing the Manager of the person assigned to a task. I was trying to use a calculated field, but I can't seem to get it to work. Any suggestions?
