  • Sunil ‚Äì the instructions are there to show how to put it into a matrix format. What do you mean that the Team name is showing no value? I tested this in an Hours report and it worked fine. What kind of report are you using?

I just fielded another request for this today. It would make life easier for our PMs. Their workaround at the moment is to set the "Go-Live" milestone for the next upcoming go-live, then once it has passed, they move it to the next go-live task. We also have a custom form we use for milestones, bu...

  • Hi Rhonda, One of the gurus may be able to help, but I don‚Äö√Ñ√¥t expect it is possible to filter and then SUM the hours returned via a collection. One thing to note also is that if you use ‚Äö√Ñ√≤hours‚Äö√Ñ√¥ in your listmethod field, it will return Hours that have been logged directly on the proj...

  • Hi Ming, I don't think it is possible to filter a collection for items which don't match a certain name. You could do a CONTAINS to show 'false' if the milestone name is not 'Milestone C'. Otherwise, I think it would be best if you filter the results for those which DO contain Milestone C. It will...

  • Sounds good to me! We would LOVE to be able to see a summary level line for a related project. e.g. Let's say you are managing project A. Project A is dependent on the development of 2 software products. These are being developed in Projects B and C. We would like to see two task-level lines i...

Currently if a user as "Time-Off" booked, they also have to add the hours to their timesheet. It would be good to (at least optionally) be able to have that amount of time-off auto-logged onto their timesheet. I presume this would require you to pre-categorise the Time-Off Hour Type as Vacation/S...

  • Please, please do this! I have helped setup the workaround for some of our users, but it is not feasible/supportable to do this for all of them. As a result, a lot of our users are still stuck using Workfront as if they are wearing ski goggles.

  • Hi Gopinath. In the past I made the attached summary to more easily remind myself (and others) the difference between the various Duration Types. Hope this may be of help.
