As far as I can tell, there is no filter or grouping. I am wondering if somehow there is a limit to how many tasks show? When I do filter to take out parent tasks, some of the tasks from the group that is missing show up.
I was working in a template editing some tasks and I tried to outdent a parent task by accident. It resulted in the parent task and all sub-tasks disappearing. They are not showing in recently deleted either. They are just gone. Any ideas in how I might get these back?
The Boards that we created in Live and Preview have disappeared. I am not sure what day since its been a week or so since I last checked them as we decide if our team wants to use them. Did anyone else's boards disappear?
I checked our settings, but we use the same timesheet settings for everyone in the workers license. His is no different from everyone else's. He is assigned to tasks within the project as well.
Yes. This user has a worker license and has editing abilities on the project. He logged his hours under project time, but I need to switch them to task time because of how we do our hour reporting.
Thanks Madalyn. Unfortunately, the projects are not closed. They are open and active and everyone else on the team can edit their hours. Its just this one user who cannot for March. He can log hours for April just fine. Any other ideas?
Hello, I am having issues with one specific user in editing his hours. He had accidently closed his timesheet, but when I recalled it, I still could not edit the hours for March. I am not sure what I am missing.
