Prioritizing projects at the program level is a no brainer and is a must. Especially for people who have no clue as to what portofolio management is. Programs can be incredibly large in size and need optimization.

why can't you pull in a custom form into a report with all its fields and pull in multiple to produce a report? why can you pull in section breaks of a custom form into a report? Reports can't just be tabular they need to have an aesthetic and be able to show groups of information.
