This functionality is already available in Workfront...I have a View for my Reports page specifically for report usage - just add columns for Last Viewed by and Last Viewed Date - I also have Last 10 Viewers, Views this Month/Quarter/Year as well...+ a column for which Dashboards the reports are included on. Feel free to contact me directly if you want help configuring this. I can send you a screenshot too of what mine looks like...just FYI 🙂

Yannick's report is what you're wanting to do - I have a report set up the exact same way for CS Traffic. Traffic manager changes all the report statuses to closed. So, we pull a report on projects that are 100% complete (which means all the tasks are 100%), but the project status is not complete. Winfield Dean Intercontinental Hotels Group PLC

Add new users in Ascent - Workfront 18-06-2018
It would be nice if a Workfront Admin User could add their own users into Ascent and it would automatically make them the manager of those users, to track training progress.

Add new fields in line on a custom form, rather than at the bottom - Workfront 18-05-2018
It would be nice to be able to add a field into a custom form under or above a field you have selected, similar to how you add tasks in a project. If you have an extensive custom form, it can be quite cumbersome to add a field that adds to the bottom of the form and then drag it and try to find where you need it to go.

I was the CS traffic manager at the last company I was with & helped implement WF for our group - We had a "first draft delivery" task that we would pull reports on for our on time delivery to the project manager (final due date wasn't a true CS metric, as there was a lot of back and forth between designer & pm, so depending on how long the pm took to review, that due date could get pushed/be late).
