Ability to select multiple fields on a custom form to move them within the form

I would like the ability to select multiple fields within a custom form to be able to move them together within the custom form, rather than moving one field at a time. If you have a very long form, with a lot of sections & are trying to move several related fields to another section, it can be very cumbersome.
