I'd like to suggest adding "Pending Approval" statuses to Standard Mode filtering. Right now, you have to go into text mode and add ":A" to the status you want. Since this is likely a common status, I don't think it should be buried behind text mode & knowing how to code.

I agree. It seems like a disconnect that issues can have Custom Statuses, but the Approval Workflow uses the universal, system-wide statuses. When setting up approval workflows, my users cannot select the custom statuses we use for our issues.
