Sorry, the subject line would be changed for all submitted request confirmations. We needed a more descriptive email header for our users as well and added to the subject line text stating that a representative would reply within 2-3 business days.

With Workfront now being added to the Adobe set of tools, a WF feature that our team would like to see is the ability to be able to access files directly from creative cloud storage in Workfront – similar to how we can do from Microsoft OneDrive via the SharePoint integration.

Currently an Event Notification's email content (like a submitted request confirmation) cannot be changed, however the subject line can be. See Event Notifications and Customize email subject lines for event notifications .

@Matt Mitchell‚ Yes, I believe this might be their issue. I had the same thing reported from one of my PMs - when I added 0< hours to the tasks in question, the percentage functioned properly.

We usea report/dashboard to track late and unassigned tasks. PMs review it weekly to address the issues and can filter it by project type and date range.

Like in other areas of Workfront, it would be helpful if the document view settings would remain between login sessions. My teams uses the List view for most projects and would like for this to remain stick by user choice. Alternatively, if there was a global setting for the documents area where the...

We use a queue here as well for planned campaign related social. However it would be a struggle for us to use it for the day to day social because it would add more process and I am looking more into reducing process around social if possible.

The reduction in the process seems to be key. But also getting people to change is another challenge I have here.
