This would also allow a Kanban Board to be used across teams for visibility purposes

When entering in a new idea - have the counter already trigger a vote from the submitter. I mean if someone goes through the time to enter an idea, I assume they would want it to start with their vote ;-)

It would be a great option if the system admin or user had the ability to enable an auto pulling or refresh of Kanban of new entries that come in. Example: Have some flow control automation (linked to Approval work flow) in that when a person approves a request... it can auto appear on the kanba...

This in my opinion is how the dashboard area should be configurable - more than 'just' a series of reports.

Agrees with above feedback - this should be a custom setting within the Team setup area. This lack of control and oversight is also limiting adaption by a couple of my departments here to boot.

As those before me - The Jedi Council wants this to occur. Humor aside yes any improvements to reporting is welcome especially Resource Planner
