We have certain task types that we want to view in the resource planner but we do not want users to actually log hours against them. Am I able to assign the relevant users for planning purposes but prevent them from seeing the task on their timesheet/logging time?

Hi @Anthony Imgrund‚ , I'm also trying to export several custom forms that we want to consolidate. My forms are mostly attached to projects rather than issues and I do not see a way to export those. Is there another way I can export my custom forms?

I'd like WF to default to a specific Dashboard upon logging in. I have created some reports that show tasks I have assigned to others on my team and certain other breakdowns as well as a report with my assigned tasks. I'd like to just start on a single dashboard with these reports whenever I log in.

Hi Erica,Thanks for your reply, I already was using an Hours report and had the Hour Type:Name field. I did realize that I had applied a Portfolio ID filter which was causing the report to omit the General Time hours. I have removed that filter and am now seeing all hour types.

I am able to pull an Hours report with project and task names but the General Time does not seem to populate. I want to be able to see which hours are on tasks vs Business Admin vs holiday/vacation time.
